Why is Chronicled transitioning the Product Verification System (PVS) to the National Association of the Board of Pharmacies (NABP)?
At Chronicled, we continually aim to provide the most value to our customers. We've decided to focus our resources on enhancing our Contracts & Chargebacks business. To ensure the PVS continues to grow and excel, we are transitioning it to NABP, an organization that shares our commitment to safety and efficiency in pharmacy practices.
What will happen to the existing PVS? Will there be any disruption in services?
The transition of PVS to NABP has been designed to be seamless, with no disruption to services. NABP will continue to uphold the high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service that you've come to expect from us.
How will this transition affect customers who are using the Contracts & Chargebacks solution?
Customers using the Contracts & Chargebacks solution will not be affected by this transition. In fact, they can look forward to enhancements and improvements as we focus our resources on this area.
Can customers still expect the same level of customer service and support?
